We are partnered with TID (Types of International Dance), also under Simple Triple Switch Limited. By accessing or participating in the sTs Competition ("Competition"), you ("User," "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Triple Switch Limited, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or participation in the Competition.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Simple Triple Switch Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
